30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may return your WENNEBIRD car floor mats within 30 days of receipt for any reason, including:

· Customer-Related Reasons: Such as not liking the product or purchasing the wrong item.

· Seller-Related Issues: Such as product quality, incompatibility, or damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

1.For returns within 14 days, regardless of the reason, WENNEBIRD covers the return shipping fees.

2.For returns after 14 days due to customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, which should be confirmed with customer service.

3.For returns after 14 days due to seller-related issues, such as quality, incompatibility, or damage, WENNEBIRD covers the return shipping fees.

General Return Conditions

· Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.

· Unopened products may be returned even after the 30-day period.

· Products with quality issues have no time limit for returns under our Lifetime Warranty.

Important Notes:

· Contact Customer Service First: Do NOT ship your item back without contacting our customer service team at service@wennebird.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be considered a loss.

· Delivery Refusal: Refusing delivery is not supported. If a customer refuses delivery, an additional $11 handling fee will be deducted from any refund.

· Lifetime Warranty Returns: For quality-related issues covered under our Lifetime Warranty, we offer free returns and exchanges, except in cases of damage caused by the buyer.
