30-Day Returns

 


You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

 

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and accessories

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

 


To initiate a return, please contact service@wennebird.com before sending any items back.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 


 

 

Return Authorization & Shipping

 


Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

 

  • A prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)

  • Detailed return instructions, including the designated return address

 


Please do not ship items back before receiving return approval.

 


 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

 


Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@wennebird.com with a description and photos of the issue so we can assess and resolve it promptly.

 


 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


The following items are not eligible for return:

 

  • Custom or made-to-order products (including 1-Pc sets once production has begun)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 


If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before shipping it back.

 


 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.

For the fastest resolution, please return the approved item and place a new order for the replacement.

 


 

 

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

 


For orders shipped to customers within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.


Returned items must:

 

  • Be unused

  • Be in their original condition and packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

 


This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products once production has begun, in accordance with EU regulations.

 


 

 

Refunds

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:

 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval

 


Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact service@wennebird.com.
