1. Acceptance of terms
Welcome to WENNEBIRD.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.wennebird.com, including all services, content, and purchases provided by WENNEBIRD (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Products and orders
All products are subject to availability and order acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Limit quantities purchased per person or per order.
- Discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, actual colors, textures, or finishes may vary due to screen settings or manufacturing tolerances.
Before placing an order, please review the vehicle model, model year, configuration, color, and set option you have selected. If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
4. Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
- The payment information provided is accurate and complete.
Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Standard shipping is free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Shipping origin and delivery time depend on the specific product option you select and available fulfillment inventory. Set size and color alone do not determine fulfillment. Eligible 1-Pc sets may be fulfilled from U.S. inventory, just like other eligible set options.
Order processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not mean that a made-to-order item has finished production or shipped.
Amazon-fulfilled items
Eligible items are fulfilled from available Amazon inventory in the United States. Where available, the Amazon delivery module displays an estimated delivery date for your selected item and delivery destination.
Availability and delivery estimates may change before you place your order. The made-to-order delivery estimate below does not apply to items confirmed for fulfillment from U.S. Amazon inventory.
Made-to-order items
Items identified as made to order are produced and shipped from China. Estimated delivery is 30–40 calendar days from order confirmation, including production and transportation.
Please review the delivery information for your selected option before ordering. A 1-Pc set is not automatically a made-to-order item.
Items requiring fulfillment verification
If the shipping origin or delivery estimate for your selected item is not confirmed, please contact service@wennebird.com before ordering.
Mixed orders and delivery estimates
Orders containing both Amazon-fulfilled and made-to-order items may ship separately and arrive on different dates. The 30–40 day estimate applies only to the made-to-order items.
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, or carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

6. Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Items specifically identified as custom or made to order are non-refundable once production has begun, subject to applicable law and the provisions for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in our Return & Refund Policy.
A 1-Pc set is not excluded from returns solely because of its set size. In-stock items, including eligible Amazon-fulfilled 1-Pc sets, are subject to the standard return eligibility requirements.
Contact service@wennebird.com before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of WENNEBIRD or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
8. Prohibited uses
You agree not to use this website to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights.
- Submit false or misleading information.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
- Interfere with the security or functionality of the website.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WENNEBIRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.
