Limited Lifetime Warranty
What is Covered:
All defects in materials or workmanship for WENNEBIRD car floor mats, provided they are properly installed per the provided instructions.
For How Long:
This warranty lasts for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the floor mats are installed. The warranty expires if the floor mats are removed from the original vehicle or if the vehicle is transferred to another owner. This warranty is not transferable.
What WENNEBIRD Will Do:
During the warranty period, WENNEBIRD will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective product at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for any labor charges associated with removing or reinstalling the product. If a product is discontinued, WENNEBIRD may replace it with a comparable product of similar function and value.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper installation, modifications, inadequate maintenance, or on-road/off-road hazards. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered. Some regions may not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
How to Get Service:
To request warranty service, contact our customer service team at service@wennebird.com with your order number, vehicle details, and photos of the defective product. Proof of purchase is required. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from WENNEBIRD.
